2009 Skywarn Training Schedule
The National Weather Service office in Fort Worth has issued out their 2009 Skywarn training schedule for the local area. As always, there have many classes all through out North Texas. Below, you have linked to the FWD NWS spotter training schedule page, so that you will be able to view all the classes that they have to offer, but we have listed, what we feel are the three most important classes for our members or anyone living in the Kaufman County area should attend.
As always, if we are able to get enough people to want to go to either the Garland class or TESSA class, we will be trying to setup transportation. All that we might ask is for each rider to chip in towards the cost of gas or the rental price if we have to rent a van. More information on that will come.
