Yes and No.  Kaufman County ARES is asking that we have between 5 and 10 SkyWarn units (operators) that can act in a mobile fashion, that can be moved around the county by the NET controller as needed to provide the best information possible related to observing a storm.

Other SkyWarn spotters, such as those who can not drive will be able to provide spotter reports from their location within the county as the strom moves through their area, but the more mobile units that we have, the better overall coverage we can provide the county and our communities.
