Grab-n-Go Radio Newsflash We are officially Affiliated.  Read more here   Tornado in Canton Thursday, 08 May 2008     Never say it can't happen here.  On May 2nd of 2008, a Canton and the First Monday Trade Days was hit by an extremely violent storm that produced at least one tornado.  At around 8:15 am in Canton, which is located about 60 miles east of Dallas, a violent storm unleashed an EF-1 tornado with wind speeds upto 90 miles per hour.
