Yes, all donations made to Kaufman County ARES, Inc. are 100% deductible under the law. We have been granted 501(c)3 exemption status, through a Group Exemption Letter, provided to use by our parent organization, Southern Search & Rescue, Inc. 100% of all funds received by us are used to continue with our efforts in helping the community and serving those that need us during times of emergency or disaster.
